Events created in Plans end up in Activities
I created an activity first of all with my current status, then added a plan for a housewarming I'm hitting tomorrow. However the housewarming event ended up in activities instead of plans.

The way our activity / plans streams work right now, is like this: Your plans are events that you've selected to attend in the event's display window while activity is a stream of everything that you and your friends have been up to recently in the system.
We will be changing this so that as soon as you create an event, you will be marked as attending that event and so it will automatically appear in your plans stream.
It seems like you had a different concept of what the activities and plans streams were -- could you explain that for us so we can go about making it more clear?

Inappropriate?ah. Ok, I considered activities to be in the present tense (eg what I'm doing right now, per twitter), while plans were those still in the future.

I've just closed the ticket for this. The team decided that event creators should automatically be attending the event they created. Some other stuff has to go through QA before I can deploy it to http://rilli.com though.
