No way to refresh current screen to see new activites that have been created

More of a user friendly thing really, but there isn't a way to refresh the page to show newly created events unless you change who you're viewing. Like if I'm looking at the "Your People" tab, I have to change it to either "Everyone" or "You" and then change it back to "Your People" to get it to update the activities section. I think it'd be better to just be able to hit "Your People" again to get it to refresh the activities.
