I was overcharged for High Speed Internet order online

I order High Speed Internet (Lite) on line and I agreed to pay a quantity. I received an e-mail confirmation with my bill included for the first month and the day of installation. One week after I got the internet installed (that according to the e-mail confirmation was free) I received a bill by mail with 4 times the quantity that I agreed to pay. That included $49.99 of internet installation. I called customer service and they resolved all the issues except the $49.99 installation. Can I take action against Rogers for that?
