Is there a way to block phone numbers in your cell phone or Rogers account without paying over priced and over hyped extra services ???

My cell phone number has fallen into the hands of telemarketers. Some try to pass as being part of Rogers Customer service or "the prizes office". I have called Rogers twice talked to 5 reps. about it ... but their customer service is useless and they refuse to do anything. I have also tried the "Do Not Call List" from the Government @
