No online detailed billing on wireless services
Detailed billing from Rogers' website has been broken for months now.
This is important because I have a family plan with two different handsets with a number of features. Some of the bills we've been getting seem a little bit higher than expected and the only way to check them out is by calling customer service.
They have been aware of the problem for months but have failed to fix it. What's worse is that there was a few discrepancies with my plan and I was being charged for features that I shouldn't have had.
I really don't want to switch to paper bills again.
Do yourself a favour, make sure your checking your detailed bills, especially if you've made any phone or plan changes.
Rogers, get your shit together.

Inappropriate?I would like to expand on the lack of detailed billing issue that cost me lots of money. I purchased a Blackberry for a trial run. I knew I had 30 minutes or 30 days to try the unit out. I kept all calls short knowing this. I take the phone back coming to the realization that this is way too much phone for me and I am not interested in investing the time it’s going to take to learn how to use this thing. Rogers says I passed the 30 minute rule in the first 2 days. No way I knew, and asked for the print out. They say they can’t give me one. Let me go on line to see this I say. They say you can’t. Lady writes the minutes down on a piece of paper and gives it to me saying I used 35 minutes the second day I had the phone. I am not impressed with a process that does not hold people accountable, ie, documentation.
