I wish to upgrade my current phone which is on a three year contract too a iPhone 3GS in July. The questions I have are:
My current phone is damaged, will they let me upgrade?
Do I have to sign a new three year contract when upgrading?
Would canceling and starting a whole new deal be cheaper?

1 - yes they will (you are paying for a new phone anyway)
2 - yes you do...
3 - You'll have to pay activation fees and other fees if your previous contract wasn't finished...
