Violation of net-neutrality and privacy

What's with you guys and your internet privacy violations? I get portscanned by an IP coming from you guys regularly, and your hijacking my failed DNS calls (can't think of the right word there) and replacing the regular IE page not found page with a search page from you guys filled with ads? Thats a violation of net neutrality. I want it gone.
