When installing Airfoil Speakers on openSUSE 11.0, an error is reported because the following package is missing:

Inappropriate?This is correct, there is no "avahi-sharp" package for OpenSuSE 11. It is, however, also not necessary, since the "avahi-mono" package provides what's needed. To solve your problem, make sure all other dependencies are OK, then install with the "rpm -i --nodeps" option. Also, as distributed, it will not work for 64-bit machines.
After a bit of work, we got this to work, and intend to summarise our findings elsewhere in these pages.
