Account set up and log-in problems even after resetting password and trying to create a new account...
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! We are going crazy here. My friend Kim signed up for a roov account, when she tried to log in a second time she couldn't. She thought maybe she forgot her password so she had it reset. Now using the crazy new password she is still unable to log in. So... we decided to just start over but that didn't go to well either. When we tried to create a new account for her we kept getting an error message saying that the zip code was left blank. I promise that it was not. We tried several times to put in the zip code and it did not work. Please help us. We have spent soooooo much time on this problem and I think it would be best for us to spend some time away from the computer=)

Which zip codes did you try when it was telling you that it was left blank?
