I've already signed up and viewed my account, but how come I can't log in again?
I'm working from two different emails--john.villapando@gmail.com and tenth_paladin@yahoo.com. I don't remember which one I signed up under. Either way, I signed up, logged in, accessed my account, started to mess with my settings a little. Under church I added a new church you all don't have, and continued to browse Roov.
A day or so later I tried to log in again, and it said my church is unregistered so I can't log in. No problem. A few days pass and I still can't get in, so I'm checking your help section, and it seems like someone has a similar problem. I try to "log-in" to join in on his question , and my log-in won't work, so I'm wondering if I'm not in the database anymore or... basically, what happened to my account??

Inappropriate?Hi John! Sorry for the inconveniences you're facing – we'll get to the bottom of this.
First of all, I can confirm that you have an account on ROOV with your gmail address there. (As a small aside, GetSatisfaction here uses separate accounts, but I think you have noticed that by now.)
We give users a 48-hour grace period to use the site before their email address is verified and any new church they add is confirmed. Usually that goes by pretty smoothly, but we may have missed your church submission. I'll check with the person that usually takes care of that and see what I can find out.
Checking in on your account, it looks like you might not have had a chance to validate your email address yet. Once we get your church sorted, you may get a message about that the next time you try to log in.
