The ring sizes are listed on the site as "Y, W, T, Q, N", etc. -- How does that compare to US/Canada sizes?

Due to the wide range of products we carry, we can't keep everything in stock. Therefore, much of what we sell is listed as "preorder", which means we don't have it on hand, but can get it.
Different suppliers have different lead times.
