FAQ: How long does it take to get Preorder items in stock?
Due to the wide range of products we carry, we can't keep everything in stock. Therefore, much of what we sell is listed as "preorder", which means we don't have it on hand, but can get it.

Inappropriate?Alchemy Gothic- In general our Alchemy orders come in within two weeks, but on occasion it can take 4-6 weeks. In most cases, we get a tracking number for our shipment, and can check the status of it within 2 weeks of placing your order; sometimes we are in the dark until the shipment arrives at our office.
I’m often frustrated with their shipping.
