I've tried to re-download my file, as did Julie last week. The login function isn't accepting my credentials, as it insists on populating the password field with about a dozen extra characters on submitting the creds.
I wanted to see if my book had shipped and clicked the "Web" link under the "Need Help?" section of the order confirmation email (http://www.rosenfeldmedia.com/storein...).
The page I go to only has the following in the main content area of the website:

I ordered the Indi Young book on February 14, and received a confirmation email. Haven't yet received the book, however.
I've emailed customer service last week as per instructed in the confirmation email, but I've recieved no response and no information as to my order status. If there's been a delay in shipping due to stock, that would be fine, but it would be nice to be notified, or get a response from customer service as to my order status. Please advice - thank you.
I ordered the Mental Models book a few days ago on Amazon.com. However, after having checked out RosenfeldMedia, I realised that it comes with a digital version. Am I entitled to download it? If so, how?
