RM account holder and its order history
I purchased the Web Form Design and I saw 2 order history with my previous Mental Model in it. I know that is not the case cause previously when I login I see no order history even though I did have order Mental Model. Now I login and the Mental Model is gone. Is it possible that RM map my email address to my RM account and somehow sync it for me. I know it involve manual database hacking, but I hope it can be done.

Inappropriate?Hi Mech, we're working on this now and it's not looking promising. Kryptronic CCP, our cart software, doesn't support it. We're mucking around in the database tables and not having much luck that way either. We'll keep trying, and I'll let you know if we figure out a way to do it. But in any case, if you ever do need help that our cart and account system aren't able to provide, please contact me directly and I'll get you what you need.
