Samsung Blackjack Alarm Volume

Ok, here's a very long list of steps for doing this. I'm wondering if you can skip right from Step 1 to Step 9? I don't have a Blackjack so I'm not sure.

"1. While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Start
2. Select Settings
3. Select Profiles (4)
4. Highlight desired Profile, using the navigation keys, from the following:
* Normal (1)
* Silent (2)
* Meeting (3)
* Outdoor (4)
* Automatic (5), Switches from Normal profile to Meeting profile when calendar indicates current time is busy
* Headset (6)
* Speakerphone (7 for more then 1)
5. Press the right soft key for Menu
6. Select Edit (1)
7. Select desired Ring Type, using the navigation keys, from the following:
* Ring
* Ring Once
* Increasing Ring
* Vibrate
* Vibrate then ring
* Vibrate & Ring
* Silent
8. Select desired Ring Volume, using the navigation keys
9. Select desired Alarm Type, using the navigation keys, from the following:
* Increasing
* Play Sound
* Vibrate
* Vibrate then Sound
* Vibrate & Sound
10. Select desired Alarm Volume, using the navigation keys
11. Select desired Notification Type, using the navigation keys, from the following:
* Play Sound
* Vibrate
* Vibrate then Sound
* Vibrate & Sound
12. Select desired Notification Volume, using the navigation keys
13. Select desired System Sound Volume, using the navigation keys
14. Press the left soft key for Done to save the profile setting changes"
