Samsung Memory Runaround

Have been having problems lately with a Dell PC. Called Dell Tech Support and was told the Error Messages were due to either bad memory or hard drive. Checked both and the problem is a Samsung Memory Stick with a "lifetime warranty".

Called Samsung Semi but just got the runaround. Very Frustrated!!!

Only person I know that had memory problems had Kingston and there was no runaround.

Appreciate any suggestions!
