tv nightmare

i purchased a samsung 23 in flat screen in dec 08. The screen expolded I sent it back and they said 7-10 business days it has been 3 wks and all I heard was that they were ordering parts. i don't want a damaged tv they won't answer any suggestions

The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.
