'Official Reps' pop-ups are unreadable! Last reply on May 11, 2008 01:21.

    Hello,

    There is a popup error on : http://getsatisfaction.com/pbwiki -- I viewed in Firefox 2.0 and IE 7.

PBwiki's 'Official Reps' pop-ups scroll off the page when viewing the column on the right side, making their descriptions unreadable.

A page scrollbar doesn't appear until a Rep's pop-up is accessed, but it's still impossible for ordinary users to view the popup information. (SEE image : http://img143.imageshack.us/img143/80...)

Can you put our list of 'Official Reps' back on the left side where they use to be listed? - unless you first need to contact PBwiki's REP that's working with your company.

    Thank you!

widget codes are switched Last reply on May 09, 2008 20:29.

It seems like the codes for topic widgets are inverted; css genius one is beside drop it on my blog (the drop it in one comes with some css i'm assuming?)

Does Get Satisfaction support Trac, SVN, Bugzilla, etc? Last reply on May 09, 2008 20:05.

Does Get Satisfaction tie in to Trac, SVN, bugzilla, basecamp, or other bug tracking software? Is there a way to import problems into a feature request repository?

Why does "Not a problem" translate to "Unsolvable"? Last reply on May 08, 2008 22:24.

I marked a problem "Not a Problem" and it now has a notice on the user's original post that it is "Unsolvable" - that's not what I meant!

Can wording somewhere be changed to reflect that "not a problem" means the problem is not a problem, and perhaps add another designation - "Unsolvable" or "Not Possible, sorry!"?

    Thanks.

What happens when I remove the "Official Rep" designation from an employee? Last reply on May 08, 2008 21:00.

Do all of their past posts lose that designation? Or just future posts?

I just want to make sure when I go on to be an astronaut, my posts here on GS still look like I knew what I was talking about :)

do fan/user/captive like wesabe Last reply on May 08, 2008 16:31.

Wesabe has a fan user captive rating that i like for companies from whom you buy. if you had something similar you could let people quickly create profiles of the companies with whom they have relationships.
