I've tried to update my company's logo a couple times. The upload seemed to go fine each time. I cleared my browser cache too, but it's not showing the new logo on our page.
It seems like the codes for topic widgets are inverted; css genius one is beside drop it on my blog (the drop it in one comes with some css i'm assuming?)
I'm using the api to grab some of the latest topics for our company on getsatisfaction with the ruby gem you guys developed. I seem to get the topics fine, iterating through each and doing topic.subject outputs the subject, but topic.content returns an empty string
Why does the search give results outside of the company i am searching for? When I am in the Market7 company satisfaction site and I search for a word like 'script', I don't want every question with that tag in the ENTIRE satisfaction site. If this is the case, I will have no way to search questions for the company in which I am interested.
I sent Eric a jpeg showing my experience. I cannot attach any files here so you will have to ask him or ask me for it.
GetSatisfaction has a horrible usability bug. If you include the "!" character in your tags (I tried tagging a post with "socialthing!") it deletes everything you typed and tells you there's an illegal tag.
You can retrieve your original post by clicking "Back"
For the GetSatisfaction crowd:
1. Never delete the information a customer has typed. Always retain.
2. If you know there's an error (you did detect it) then tell the customer what the error was so he can solve it (or better yet, solve it yourself and let the customer know what you did and why).
I tried to post a question on the world wide web page:
"How can we track failures when using the web? Can we make a list of things that need to be done?"
but an unexpected error occured: ActionView::TemplateError
Details: "For example, I was looking for a map of school districts in a Rhode Island neighborhood. I spent many hours searching national and local sites and images. Nothing fit. There is no way to tell what school your child will attend if you move into a neighborhood. These are basic and important questions."

then I did a search for "world wide web" found 4 results, but there was nothing listed...
I am posting a question in the "hey world wide web" box and hitting continue but nothing happens...
Assumption: I am signed in and viewing my own question/comment/idea:
When I'm viewing questions/comments I've asked, the Reply defaults to "Reply to klaama" It seems the most common scenario is that I'm replying to someone who answered me - not myself.
I expected that the Reply would default to the most recent comment, or I would have to click Reply to the specific person I wanted. When I noticed the Reply to [name], I clicked Reply, then had two Reply text boxes on the interface, and had to figure out which box to type into.
