We're going to start using GetSatisfaction for Secondbrain.com now. However, there's one thing that's keeping me from implementing it in our service. On most of our topics and when I type something into the widget a non-related topic from a company I've never heard of comes up as a suggestion.
I've added some tags with a simple comma (no space behind) and all tags i used are written in one line, they don't get wrapped.

I let in my profile for example, so you can see what I mean.
If you get an error when trying to use Get Satisfaction that reads "canonical name taken" here is what has happened: When signing up, you probably double-clicked on the submit button, which resulted in two accounts being created. We thus have a duplicate account for you, and that is preventing you from signing into Get Satisfaction later on. This isn't your fault, but rather a bug we need to fix.
Until we fix this, we'll need to manually remove your duplicate account. You can contact me at eric [at] getsatisfaction [dot] com, and I'll make sure we get you up and running again by deleting your duplicate account.
Sorry for this inconvenience to our users. I know it's a limitation we can outgrow, though, and hopefully soon!
Several times now I have had the system timeout when trying to post a new topic. It seems to just sit there with the busy button and eventually gives me the error page. This was me creating a topic for my own company/product, trying to seed some FAQ items.
I tried to use the new contacts feature and wanted to import my flickr contacts. Right after the flickr authorisation page, I get the following error message from getasatisfaction:
Mysql::Error: Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '=': SELECT * FROM users WHERE (users.`nick` = '? Chris') LIMIT 1
