How about support for OpenID in Satisfaction Unlimited? Last reply on May 05, 2008 21:05.

I'd love to be able to point users at Satisfaction Unlimited but don't want to force them to create yet-another-account. Supporting OpenID on my site and on Satisfaction Unlimited would be great because I'd just tell my users "hey, head over here and start engaging".

Or am I just plain crazy?

This could really work as a customer feedback system if... Last reply on July 09, 2007 01:42.

If you have a way for people reading a "report" to say "I have this problem too" or "I agree" then this could actually help customers improve their products and services in a quantitative way much as reports that come into call centers or bug systems would then become prioritized as issues. Satisfaction will rock with the world! (I have a feeling you are planning this) :)

Satisfaction on our own site Last reply on April 26, 2008 20:25.

We have built satisfaction in to our site and just wanted to thank you for opening up the api to let us do this.

Just a short note to say thank but now we want to add more in, what do you suggest we can do in the future?

The site is not live as we have so much content to add but this is the bear bones site.

Company Reps: Gauge the mood in a glance Last reply on April 24, 2008 20:05.

You can now gauge the mood of the room (topic) in a glance with our nifty "Satisfactometer" graph on the side of the page:

    satisfactometer

If you see a tall bar under the frowny face you know you've got some damage control to do. What an exciting opportunity to turn it into a win by blowing your customers away with an honest, authentic response!

Could someone log in to Get Satisfaction without signing up? Last reply on April 24, 2008 18:01.

I don't like signing up everywhere. GetSatisfaction has done a very good job of reducing the pain (the sign-up at the end, the bare minimum fields, the easy re:captcha). Bravo!

It would be even awesomer, though, if I didn't have to give a password to GetSatisfaction at all... instead, maybe an option to "Sign in using Facebook" or OpenID or Google Account Services or whatever.
