Why does "Not a problem" translate to "Unsolvable"? Last reply on May 08, 2008 22:24.
I marked a problem "Not a Problem" and it now has a notice on the user's original post that it is "Unsolvable" - that's not what I meant!
Can wording somewhere be changed to reflect that "not a problem" means the problem is not a problem, and perhaps add another designation - "Unsolvable" or "Not Possible, sorry!"?
Thanks.

How about support for OpenID in Satisfaction Unlimited? Last reply on May 05, 2008 21:05.
I'd love to be able to point users at Satisfaction Unlimited but don't want to force them to create yet-another-account. Supporting OpenID on my site and on Satisfaction Unlimited would be great because I'd just tell my users "hey, head over here and start engaging".
Or am I just plain crazy?

Product icons don't update dashboard-added status so they work backwards Last reply on May 04, 2008 16:36.
If I am on a product page and use the rollover + icon to add it to my dashboard in the upper left, then rollover the same product in the popular products section in the lower right, the product I just added still shows a + icon when I roll over, and if I click it it REMOVES it from my dashboard, and then changes so I click the MINUS icon to ADD it. -

I can't disassociate a misidentified product! Last reply on April 28, 2008 19:19.

I typed "wii," clicked add, but realized that I wanted to add "Nintendo Wii" (the one with the product image and the most topics). Now I can't fix it!
Anyone else frustrated with this?
