Recently, PayPal launched out new logo, however getsatisfaction is still showing the old logo. How can we get this changed?

I've posted the wrong logo for my company. I'm not talking about a "low quality" version, but a completely wrong, incorrect logo. Like, "for-a-different-company" wrong. That wrong.

And I'm not an Administrator yet, so I can't fix it myself. I've emailed Eric with the correct logo (I searched the forums).

Is there a faster way to correct the aftermath of my clumsiness? Can anyone help ASAP? This is a major snafu.

When I upload a logo in PNG or GIF form, it gets compressed way down as a JPEG. This in turn makes everything look pretty ugly.

Could you tweak that so it looks OK? Or even better, leave the images as they are if they're already in PNG, GIF, or JPEG format?

I just noticed that all the company logos have shrunk to 1/4 or less their usual size, surrounded by a large square. While I'm all for admitting that I'm getting older and need my glasses for reading, I had to actually fish them out to find a couple of the companies I had come to know by sight -- blurry as that might be.

I thought perhaps re-uploading another copy might fix it for our company/service logo, but despite uploading a 250x250 pixel version, it's still stuck on teensy x teensy.

I think I like where you're going with the + and - buttons on the bottom-left of those squares around the logos -- since I just noticed them a moment ago, I'm sure I'll have more thoughts later ;-)

But to my mind the buttons should be smaller and the logos restored to their full size -- in some cases the + and - buttons are as large as the logos themselves.
