    Is there a way to moderate questions before they become public? There should be!

    We are somewhat concerned that users may post personal information inadvertently. Allowing us to keep questions private or choose to release a thread publicly will solve our biggest (only?) problem with Get Satisfaction.

    It would be nice to allow people to add feature requests with how many people want that feature (with figures).

    Product "made" by vs. "sold" by option Last reply on January 28, 2008 19:41.

    We sell thousands of business and home office technology and offer and support many brands. We are not manufacturers and would like an option added to indicate product "sold" by rather than "made" by. As we add products we don't want to give the impression that we own a manufacturers brand. How can we be more clear about the products we represent?
