    Missing "Has the status changed?" in reply edit form Last reply on June 25, 2008 00:13.

    Hi,

    I've noticed that if I forget to set the "Has the status changed?" when I post a reply, I can't simply edit my reply within the 15 minute grace period and do so — that field isn't available in the edit form (only the initial reply form).

    The only workaround I've found thus far — and maybe I'm just missing the toggle somewhere else on the page — is to delete my original reply and then re-reply, this time remembering to set the status. Obviously this is sub-optimal workflow-wise, but worse than that, it most likely (I can't see since I'm the one replying) ends up spamming the followers of that topic with two copies of my reply.

    Is there something I'm missing? Is there a toggle to change the status somewhere else without replying again? Can you include the status change pull-down in the edit form?

    You can now set the status on different topic types so your customers can see at a glance that you're listening and responding. Here's some Skitchin' to illustrate:

    For Questions
    Do this:
    Can admins delete products/services attached to companies?

    You get this:
    Can admins delete products/services attached to companies?

    For Ideas
    Do this:
    Firefox

    You get this:
    Support for code and complex urls in topics and replies

    For Problems
    Do this:
    Firefox

    You get this:
    RSS duplicate items

    For Discussions
    No status to set for Discussions because, well, they're just discussions.

    I'm not an employee of SixApart, how can I change this? Last reply on February 05, 2008 19:31.

    I assume, because I entered a LiveJournal email address, you added me as an employee of SixApart. But I can't find how to change that, as I'm not an employee.

    Can I remove a closed account from my Company? Last reply on January 17, 2008 02:05.

    Hi,

    Last night we added our boutique (LuvCharlie) to Satisfaction, however, since then we have had a small issue.

    Garland, our COO, created his original account, and you all activated him as the Administrator for the listing. Since then, Customer Service created an account (this account), and when he went to add them as an administrator, he saw that he was no longer an administrator himself. He then closed his account and put in a new request for Admnistrator status under Customer Service (this account).

    We now have one main issue:
    Garland's account is closed, yet he is still showing up as a member of the Company. His user thumbnail is also the thumbnail we need to use for Customer Service. It would be great if we could please have his account removed from the listing and ours added as an administrator so that we can simplify our branding and begin utilizing this Customer Service applet.
