Not sure why that would happen, but I have a theory: We recently subsumed the product "Get Satisfaction Beta Release" into the product "Get Satisfaction". Is is possible you were previously following the beta version?

Yes, I assume. That is why my first sentence was "...if you changed anything". Was there a "Non Beta Release" product before? Didn't notice that!
