An Idea for Satisfaction Unlimited
I love your products and website. I saw a company that might help new customers understand what Satisfaction are all about. Look at www.eyeviewdigital.com these guys prepare videos for online websites showing how to get things done on the website. Could really be helpful for new visitors... Hope this helps!

The best point from the company

Webguy, thanks for the idea. However, I see you've added this same message to Timbuk2 as well--with verbatim text. This suggests it's spam, which is not welcome here, as you'd expect. It will be deleted as spam unless you can quickly demonstrate why it's not.

Inappropriate?I thought it would be useful for both websites, if you do not think so by all means please delete it.
I didn’t mean to do any harm.
Sorry! -
Inappropriate? Thanks for your quick response. I *am* going to delete this from the Timbuk2 space, because it's a duplicate and because it is argued that the substance of it is "crass commercialism." But I'm going to leave it up here as an example of what is and isn't acceptable. I also appreciate that you're a real person who is trying to figure out the "rules of the game" in a new medium.
The bottom line for us is we can't have this site turn into a big free advertising space. Ads can be useful, of course, but they're substantively different than genuine conversation between people with common interests. As you've shown by reposting the same topic about unrelated products, your "idea" was essentially generic and thus more of an ad.
Please do keep participating, though! Just keep it real.
