API seems not to be working
It appears you have done a minor update on GetSatisfaction..it also appears that this update may have broken or changed your API?
For example: http://api.getsatisfaction.com/
informs me that:
"We're sorry, but something went wrong.
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."
Same with:
http://api.getsatisfaction.com/topic
http://api.getsatisfaction.com/people
..
and I would assume all urls actually.
We use your API to feed our FAQ section on our website - which is now appearing empty!
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.
The company marked this problem solved.

Inappropriate?Thanks to the always-on Get Satisfaction team we were able to get this fixed up quickly. Again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
On the bright side, I believe this is the first downtime we've had for the API since it launched.
