Can I remove a closed account from my Company?
Last night we added our boutique (LuvCharlie) to Satisfaction, however, since then we have had a small issue.
Garland, our COO, created his original account, and you all activated him as the Administrator for the listing. Since then, Customer Service created an account (this account), and when he went to add them as an administrator, he saw that he was no longer an administrator himself. He then closed his account and put in a new request for Admnistrator status under Customer Service (this account).
We now have one main issue:
Garland's account is closed, yet he is still showing up as a member of the Company. His user thumbnail is also the thumbnail we need to use for Customer Service. It would be great if we could please have his account removed from the listing and ours added as an administrator so that we can simplify our branding and begin utilizing this Customer Service applet.

Inappropriate?Hi, Charlie. Per your request, I have made you, Charlie, the admin for LuvCharlie. And, I will look into deleting the icon for Garland. I notice that Garland has deleted his account already, as you say. You can also add new employees if you want in the future from the Admin page.

Inappropriate?Yes, that is what I hope to do by removing the icon, although it might be a little tricky. I am checking with our developers to see how I can do that. I can tell that you have a detailed, aesthetic-oriented eye. We're still working on some of those details ourselves, so bear with me!

It appears that this account was removed from "People powering LuvCharlie's customer service & support" and that Garland is still on there.

Inappropriate?Yes, Garland's account was deleted and is no longer associated with LuvCharlie, but the icon is still visible. Essentially, the icons represent who has visited and commented on the company, but I am still working with our developers to see if the icon is something that can be deleted. Sorry if this seems like a delay. It's an atypical situation that we haven't considered (still in beta!), but I'm working on a fix for it.

As far as your problem goes, it should be a simple fix. Since Garland has closed his account, it really shouldn't be showing up in the list of users that have been to your site. I'll make it only show active accounts.
I'll probably deploy this change tonight, and it should be fixed for you tomorrow morning.
