Company claim process - approved, but not showing up.
Hey There.
I had put in a claim to Carbonmade and got an email saying the claim was approved. However, the company is still showing up as unclaimed and I am unable to access it from my account page.
Any ideas?

Inappropriate?Looks like you are the second person to see this phenomenon over the past two days. I'll re-add you as an admin, and then start to investigate where this cropped up.
Were you able to see the admin page at all? The other person who had the problem was able to get to the admin page once and then their access was removed by the system.

Inappropriate?Yes, I am the admin, and the only representative. I had not even discovered the admin panel yet...my first several hours of learning this. And now it does show that we have an employee online...me.
Now, if I can figure out how to post the FAQs without asking and answering my own questions, we'll be doing great. I'll keep reading ASAP.

Inappropriate?I'm having the same issue. I submitted the claim and received the e-mail. I clicked on the link and received an "Access Denied" error. Logged in and see no link to my company from my profile and no link to me from the company profile. I see no way to access the admin panel, which I assume is do to my not being linked to the company yet. I'm the only representative as I set up my profile and my company profile on the same day.
The other posts in this thread are three months old, curious whether their issues have been resolved?

Inappropriate?Paul, I'll look into why you weren't being logged as an admin automatically.
I've gone into the admin section of our site and given you administrative access to True Legal Partners manually... you should now be able to get into the admin section. -

Everything looks in order on the database, could you log out and log back into the site?
Another cause could be a javascript error preventing those links from activating: what links do you have in the upper right hand corner of the header.
It should look like this:

Inappropriate?Seamus, one thing I noticed hasn't been mentioned yet: your Admin link will only show up in the header when you are within Mediabistro on our site. If you are looking for it while reading this topic (under the Get Satisfaction area) it won't be there. -
Inappropriate?How to reproduce this error:
1: In your user account page, create more than one email address and verify them both, marking one as your primary.
2: Get approved as the Admin for your primary address.
3: Change primary address to non-approved, but verified, email address.
In step one, you are not an admin. In step two you are an admin. In step three you are no longer and admin, even if you switch back to the previous email. -
