Confirmation, to avoid posts flagged accidentally as "Inappropriate"
Clicking "Inappropriate" by accident or curiosity is something that happened to me too. So I suggest either asking before putting the post under review, either allow to undo the action from the secondary dialog that opens for more info.

Inappropriate?Saxtus, you can cancel out of the Inappropriate flagging process by clicking on "No Thanks". Do you think it should be different? Always open to other ways of doing it.
Also, when a post says "Under review" after it has been flagged as inappropriate, it only appears that way for you, the person who flagged it. -
Inappropriate?I always thought (and I bet I am not the only one) that "No Thanks" apply to the "additional comments" and the action is carried on regardless of providing additional information or not.
If it's trouble to change the way is done, please add some help text explaining that flagging is done only if you provide additional information and canceled if you click "No Thanks".
