Dashboard show open discussions vs. resolved?
Am I missing a way to show only my open discussions in my dashboard? I saw the "stop following" link in the email but that's not what I want to do. Is there an official way for me to say (as the topic starter) that I find this to be resolved and then move it off my dashboard (or at least minimize or tag it as closed)?
Awesome service so far!

Inappropriate?Excellent question. As the person who started the topic, you can mark it as answered or solved (as can other customers), but this is not reflected on the dashboard yet. We definitely should find a way to make our dashboard more tailored to you. Or even better, provide you with different options to sort the information.
I like the idea of having the author of the topic weigh in and perhaps give it more weight. As it is now, the company can mark a topic as resolved, and customers can mark a topic as resolved, but it does feel as if the person who started the topic deserves a more prominent voice. Something for us to think about, and actually something we've been discussing in the last two weeks.

Inappropriate?Additionally, Elvis, currently the only way to stop something from showing up in your dashboard is to un-follow that item. As Eric mentioned above, we will be working on improvements to the dashboard will add further customization capabilities.
