Does Get Satisfaction support Trac, SVN, Bugzilla, etc?

Does Get Satisfaction tie in to Trac, SVN, bugzilla, basecamp, or other bug tracking software? Is there a way to import problems into a feature request repository?

I’m thinking it's not supported

Thanks for the question. We don't currently, but all is not lost. Our API is super easy to use (well, IMO :)).

For example, if you wanted to get an Atom feed of all of the problems in twitter, you would simply go to http://api.getsatisfaction.com/compan...

If you prefer working in JSON, simple request topics.json?style=problem instead of just topics.

If I have my way during the design process, we'll eventually see things like user script integration and other tools so that the savvy user's of our site can customize to their hearts content. We aren't there yet, but we will get their as time goes along.

Also if you can email tickets into your bug tracking system you can use the
"email this" feature

I'd love to see someone throw together some bookmarklets that make importing an issue to any of those systems as easy as clicking. Our markup is semantic so you should be able to pull it right off the page in a structured form and drop it into your system.
