Employee icons not showing up

First of all, thank you for having such a great product. The feedback our support site provides is invaluable to my company.

Theres seems to be an issue with some of the employee icons not showing up. I've attached some links to further show the issue. It's a completely aesthetic issue, not hindering the functionality at all. It's more of an eyesore than anything.

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

The company is aware of this problem.

This is probably not a caching issue. More likely our image processor choked on the original files.

Could you email the originals to me at scott@getsatisfaction.com ?

You might also have them try uploading a different avatar to see if they can get it to work with another image so the breakage doesn't stay around while we track down the problem.

Not sure what the originals were. Might have been the default one. I'll ask my dude.
