Inappropriate?I've said this in a couple of other threads, but I'll say it again for posterity.
This is happening to around 1 in 1000, and usually it occurs when our servers are under higher load. I know the cause but have simply not been able to schedule the time to get the fix in place, given the frequency of the errors.
