That being said, we think Get Satisfaction is a great vehicle for municipal governments and we'd love to see more of them!

Inappropriate?Oh, boy, yes! I absolutely want to explore more of this area. I think that we could be a great spot for conversations around government-based, well, customer service. It requires some brainpower and thought, but it's totally doable.

Inappropriate?Yes! Getting Mayors and other city officials using Get Satisfaction would be a great way to connect people to their governments and expose what's going on in those offices, so that we can all be better informed citizens.
