Satisfaction is going to be the Apple-packaging of customer service and call-centers will be the equivalent of the plain brown box. Oh, and cupcakes are the new keychain.

Designing for you is my job. I use my background in game theory to figure out how to route you to your own little (or huge) slice of Satisfaction. I want to know all about you, your job, your needs, your meaning of life even. If you barely think about the site then the Satisfaction team has done it's job. If not, then I've not thought enough about you.
