Hey guys, great stuff, but I'm having trouble logging in? It says my email isn't registered?
I'm still listed as a member under the IwantSandy page as an employee but i can't log in

Inappropriate?I think we were in the middle of a deploy so that might've been the problem. Can you try again and let us know if you're still having the same issue?

Inappropriate?Assuming that you are Jessi, your user account looks to be in order. Could you give me the exact error message you were receiving? The only error message we have referring to not having a registered email is attached to the password reset process, not the login.
By giving me the exact error message I can more easily track down what is going wrong.

Yesterday when logging in it said that my username or password was incorrect and when I would click on the forgot your password link and enter my email it would say my email was unregistered
So yesterday I posted this help topic but did it with that same email that is attached to my already existing profile so now when I attempt to log in it still says something is incorrect and when I click on the forgot my password link and enter my email it sends me an email to Upgrade my profile Enabling a full profile, when in reality I already have a full profile that I can't access. So in order to respond to this topic I enabled that account so technically I should have two accounts now, however I'd like to delete this one once I can access my original one again. I apologize for how scrambled this is...... but I do hope this was more specific

Looking at the differences between the two accounts you have now, the email addresses do not match. The account you cannot access is using your email from valuesofn. Is it possible you got mixed up about which email you used to sign up?
The other possibility is that we have a bug in the system that upgrades normal users to employee status. Could you answer the following questions so that I can more easily diagnose the situation?
1. Did you sign up for an account on your own, or did one of the other iwantsandy admins invite you into the system through the admin interface?
2. Did you add both email addresses to the account that you cannot access? If so, in what order? -
