Hi, i am from slideshare. We would like to bulk import all our faqs into satisfaction.
Since the number is quite large, what is the way to do it? i would prefer not to do it one by one. Is there a way to do this?

Inappropriate?sadly, we don't have this capability automated quite yet, but we can do it manually if you send us the faqs in a tab- or comma-delimited format. just send it along to me at lane (at) getsatisfaction (dot) com.
and this goes for any other company using satisfaction. until we get the faq importer up and running early next year.
