Right now, we’ve simply set this featured conversation to be the *most recent* topic an "Official Rep" from your company has created. In the future, you’ll have more control over what is displayed, but we’ve already found this to be incredibly useful here, in our own section of the Get Satisfaction site.

Hi Josh, We definitely have plans to refine this feature and give more fine-tuned control over it. -
It would be great if we could have more than one topic featured. 8-) For instance, the two topics that introduced Overheard and Help Center could have been featured at the same time. -
I suppose we could feature more than one topic. We're redoing the company page right now, so I'll have them take a look and see how much space is available. Maybe the answer is one as a default + others a company might want to add. -

Yes, you are right. We have changed the company page and the most recent message from the company doesn't display in the same way it used to. We need to update this topic. We'll get on that today. -
Yeah, thanks for pointing that out db0. We've got a bunch of help topics that need updates due to the interface change. Curious... did you like the way it displayed better before? Would appreciate hearing your feedback on that. -
Inappropriate?Yes, I liked the old one better. The new one seems so...bland. Anyway Perhaps an admin option for customization of these messages might be the better?
So that White collar companies can have the bland message while we, the willy-nilly, can be smarmy and possibly snarky :)

Haha. Well, I have to say that I agree with you. Will (delicately) bring it up with our product design team. :) And we do have some plans for more control over what gets posted there but not sure about how it looks or the text that frames it. Interesting thought, though!
