How do I tell where people are coming from?
I've gotten a lot of questions lately from customers/leads who don't seem to be registered or only have submitted one question to us with no follow up.
Is there any way for us to tell where these people are coming from and how they're finding our page on Satisfaction? I know you have referrer logs, but is there any chance you'd make any of that info available to us?

Inappropriate?hi, peter! this is a really interesting point, and one that, to be honest, we hadn't considered yet. i think referrers and additional information about links in would be really interesting to expose, we just haven't considered it yet.
i'll add it to the list of company-specific things we want to build, however -- we have plans to focus on a wide set of company-specific tools to make it easier for companies using satisfaction to get valuable data out of their interactions. our timing for that is closer to the end of this year/beginning of next.
