If you're asking how you can support your favorite company in Satisfaction, you can post topics to their Satisfaction site -- either by praising them (tell them you love them!), posting ideas, answering questions and responding to topics other users have posted.

If you're asking how to follow the activity on the Satisfaction site of your favorite company we don't have that ability just yet but it will be coming soon. However, right now you can set up a RSS feed. Here's a topic with more info on RSS feeds.
