I can't disassociate a misidentified product!

I typed "wii," clicked add, but realized that I wanted to add "Nintendo Wii" (the one with the product image and the most topics). Now I can't fix it!
Anyone else frustrated with this?

Inappropriate?I'm having this issue as well. It's one of the few issues I've had with Satisfaction. It seems like users have issues understanding that they should only check the product they are wanting to provide feedback on.
-
Let me know if there are products you need removed, and I can help! -
Inappropriate?Justin: Yes, you are right. This is confusing and we need to make it more clear. We are extremely close to having new tools to help fix this product curation problem, and we need to make some changes to this topic creation page as well. Thanks for the feedback. It helps us immensely.

Eric: The main issue I have is that it seems like all of my support requests are being defaulted to Check Off (the first app I added) and not Today (the one just released that has had all the support issues). -
Hmmm. Might be a caching issue. Let me pull in some folks to help. -
Inappropriate?Justin:
You've got Check Off set as the primary product for the Second Gear company. If you go into your admin dashboard under product and services you can change the primary product and it will no longer default to adding Check Off to new topics. -
Inappropriate? That explains it. I've set it to be None now, so that the user has to choose their issue.
Can you clarify how Satisfaction determines whether a product can or can't be disassociated from a thread? I'd like to clean up the past 3 days worth of threads so that my Web site widgets make more sense.
Thanks for the help!
I’m thankful

Inappropriate? In a nutshell: If you added it, you can remove it.
In this case, the people who created those threads are the only ones, besides the GetSatsisfaction admin, who can remove them.
If you can go through and give me a list of links and what product you want disassociated from the topic, I can do it for you. -
Scott: Is this easily doable, or should I help on this one? -
Inappropriate? The list is too big to paste in here, so I uploaded it to my Web server:

Thanks for the help! You guys rock.
