I'm Lane, President and co-founder of Satisfaction, and I'm here to help.
Previously, I was one of the co-founders of Adaptive Path, a user experience strategy, research, and design consultancy, known for, among other things, coining the technology terms "blog" and "ajax." I wore a bunch of hats there, too -- I ran the consulting business and was involved in the early stages of Measure Map, a web application headed up by my good friend and business partner Jeff Veen that was sold to Google in 2006.
So, as you can see, I like making stuff. To that end, I'm very interested to hear what you think about Satisfaction! We have big plans, of course, and so much more we want to do and build, but the more input we get from the people who use and love (or use and hate) the service, the better we'll be at delivering the application that you want.
It's all about the good customer service, after all. Looking forward to hearing from you here on Satisfaction!

Inappropriate?Hey Lane, Adaptive Path = cool, even more so now that I know you coined "blog"!!
Satisfaction is what we've been looking for all along for our company (eyebuydirect), and I'm excited that Satisfaction is what we'll soon be getting!
I’m impatiently awaiting Satisfaction!

Inappropriate?thanks! i should mention that, technically speaking, my partner peter coined the term blog, and jesse coined the term ajax. i just like to think of myself as the power behind the throne on both of those, you know?
I’m wordy

Inappropriate? He takes credit for our work at Satisfaction too. In reality, he's mostly responsible for the coffee and cupcakes.
-
Inappropriate?Hey, wait a minute...I made those cupcakes along with Courtney! What does Lane do?
I’m joshin'

Inappropriate?I have to throw-in that most of my work-hero's are operating on the edge the universe of definable jobs.
I’m a fan of hardly working.
-
Inappropriate?it's like i always say: if somebody can explain what you're up to, they won't pay you nearly as much to do it.
I’m serious!
-
Inappropriate?Zing!, and yet I'd say the same thing about your job description...
Sure Scott codes, but he's also got a great understanding of user needs, flow, wayfinding and his biggest skill of all...snark.
I’m going to show up as an easter egg.
