It would be nice to be able to move between questions/topics without going back to the list of topics
When I'm reading through my company's topics, I would like to have "Previous Topic" and "Next Topic" buttons (something like what most email programs have), so I don't have to return to the main list of topics when I just want to move on the the next one.

Inappropriate? Thanks for the suggestion Rachelj. That's a good one. I'll be curious to see what our product design team thinks about it.
I’m a fan of efficiencies

Inappropriate?Yes, this speaks to your experience as a representative of the company, and that's very important. We want to create more options for employees in they way that they view and interact -- and help make it more efficient for you. Thanks for the feedback. Very helpful.

Inappropriate? That's a great idea Rachelj. The lists are dynamic so perhaps instead of next we show the title of the topic before and after the current topic. Or perhaps there is an employee only bar across the top of the topic page with this and other options (so that regular people using GS don't have to deal with clutter). I'll keep playing with the idea. Thanks for the suggestion.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Hmmm... another example of something I like to use is the Flickr photostream viewer. You can scroll through pictures with arrows and then click on the one that you actually want to view. This of course, would be more complicated, especially with long text titles, but it's an example of an interface that's really useful.
I do agree about avoiding clutter, so employee only might be a good idea.
Another application for the same basic idea is if I searched for a topic, trying to find good answers to a question, I might want to scroll through the various questions that came up in my search to find one that best answered my question.

this is one of the best points

Inappropriate?Yes! The current short list of topics are too short (i.e. we only show you 5 similar topics when you start a topic). I'm excited you point this out! I'm glad to share that we'll be releasing a few new designs soon that will address just this issue: a new way to submit topics that will allow you to scroll through way more than 5 topics and a better topic search tool and results page. We're also looking at better ways to surface the answers along with the questions. For example, once a topic has good response it makes sense in some places to show the response instead of the details of the original question.
