Junk characters (â€TM) appearing instead of an apostrophe
We're getting junk characters (â€TM) inserted into our topic posts instead of an apostraphe and can't edit the posts from our side. Can you please correct it?

Inappropriate?Yousef: To clarify, this is appearing in your Help Center but not on our site, correct?
I’m hoping this is an easy one to fix
-
Inappropriate?Yes it appears so!

Inappropriate?Yousef, can you post the URL where Help Center is running. I want to have a look myself to help debug it.

Inappropriate?I believe I understand the issue now, I'm just not certain where to correct this in the API. From what I can tell, the API is interpreting the apostrophe as an escape character, and replacing it with â€TM every time it appears. From what I have read, this can be corrected by changing the character set encoding to UTF-8. If that's the case, is there a universal settings .php file I can place a line of code in to correct this on all of the pages?
Thanks! -
Inappropriate?I've been looking into this issue again recently, and discovered that it might also be the MySQL encoding settings, here's a link to one of the articles I've read on this topic:

Any other ideas?
