More Recent Activity Options

Inappropriate?i dig the email notification, but it's an extra step in the process to receive the notification in my email.
i was trying to show my wife and her mom and her mom's business partner, and one of their employees, we're all involved in the branding process and opening of their stores (growing franchise) and when i was trying to retrace my footsteps to the issue i had just commented on in twitter, i was surprised not to find a tab on my dashboard where i could view all my recent activity, or companies i'm following.
think of how sweet it would be to have a portfolio of companies you're following.
hopefully i didn't totally overlook such a feature if it already exists!

Inappropriate?i realize now that i DID overlook the feature... however my suggestion is still to have some way of adding the issues to your dashboard in threads like support tickets.
i think it's the whole "this resolved my question" or whatever it is - i don't notice it here in the idea thread, perhaps it's more for questions or problems?
anyway it's a little old-school to have to do so much scrolling and paging to get through a chronological run-down of all my recent activity to find something specific.

Inappropriate?Joel, we're not a big fan of traditional "trouble tickets" but you're right, people need to be able to quickly find their replies, their ideas submitted, their problems, etc. All of that needs to be much easier to find, rather than buried in a stream of reverse-chronological activity.

Inappropriate?didn't mean to give it the "trouble ticket" label, and obviously it doesn't need to be labeled or built as such, but you seem to get the point i'm making...
perhaps the tabs "topics" could be broken into "all topics" and "my topics" or, a simpler solution (less obvious) would be to add "my topics" to the drop down list -> BROWSE "all topics" (et al) BY "my topics" or "my activity"
