Need simpler interface

Inappropriate?Sorry that you feel that way, Go. We've spent a lot of time attempting to simplify all of the details that go along with Get Satisfaction, especially the new topic posting page. We're proud of where we've gotten already, but hopefully we will make even more progress and perhaps even end up winning you over. Feel free to be specific about what you don't like.

Inappropriate?To an extent, I agree with Go.
I believe that many users get confused when they first see a GetSatisfaction page, when all they needed was a fix for their problem.
If I could brand my product page, so that it would look like my website - it would solve some of the confusion.
Landing in a page that look totally different, raises questions and causes confusion.
I’m unsure, still willing to give this a try.
