Non-related topics from other companies

We're going to start using GetSatisfaction for Secondbrain.com now. However, there's one thing that's keeping me from implementing it in our service. On most of our topics and when I type something into the widget a non-related topic from a company I've never heard of comes up as a suggestion.

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

The company is working on this problem.

This happens to be a problem with the braindead way I'm indexing our search content. It tends to only happen in companies that have very few topics in the system. This jives with your situation, so it is most likely the same issue.

We've got some outside help working on that as we speak to bring our search subsystem up to the modern age :)

Until that work gets incorporated, I'll put in a little quick hack to prevent this from happening.

Oh... and as I have you listening in: I get duplicates of all my notification emails. No biggie, but one would also do the trick.

@Cameron: Might have been a false alarm, I just got another duplicate from someone else as well, I'm suspecting that my mail server is acting up or that mail.app got confused locally somehow.
