Inappropriate?This is great, but today I discovered another status for a problem - "That's the first we heard about it" and also another one "I have no idea, give more info so I can help you out". Just as a suggestion.

Inappropriate?Yes, there could be a ton, couldn't there! We had a few other ones in mind (as a joke: RTFM), but we wanted to try and keep the list as short as possible
(and to be parallel if possible across question types).
I do like the "need more info" one quite a bit.

Inappropriate?Yes, that is our plan, and it's on our product roadmap. I don't have a definite time for you, but it's part of our new set of company tools we're working on this summer.
